Check-In/Check-out Time

Reception is open everydays from 08.00 a.m, we Kindly ask you to advise us aboiut your arrival time in particular if will be after 08.00 p.m.
Check-in is from 02.00 p.m to 00:00.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. – Making your reservation through our official web site you’ll be able to make the check-out at 12.00 p.m.


The rates showed are per person or per room?

The rates showed in our web site are per room per night.


Do I have to pay a deposit at the moment of the reservation?

It depends from wich room rate you choose.
At the moment of the reservation we’ll ask you guarantee.
Choosing the prepaid not refundable rate the payment will be done at the moment of the reservation.
Choosing the standard rate You can decide to give us your credit card details or you can do a bank transfer.
The payment of the stay will be done at check-in.


Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we do, We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex


Do you have an internet connection?

Yes, there’s a Wi-Fi connection free of charge.


Is there a deposit for bags?

Yes, there’s a deposit free of charge at your disposal to store your bags at the arrival (if it’s before the check-in time) and at the depature (if you want to spend more hours in Florence).


Do we have to respect a closing time at night?

No, you don’t. At the Check-in we’ll give you the keys and you’ll be completely indipendent.

Yes, we accept small pets after confirmation by the Reception.

No you can’t, all our rooms are no smoking.


How can I cancel my reservation?

All cancellation must be received in writing at the email adress
In case of no show, check-in a day later or check-out a day earlier, you will be charged for one night. The reservation should be cancelled at least 72 hours before the expected date of arrival or we will be forced to charge the amount of one night.
